The documents which need approvals can be automatically sent to users' mailbox through e-mail server, the approval transactor does not need to log in ERP system for the process, instead, he can view the document directly and conduct approval, rejection or returning.

Instantly Work Tracking
This is a fast document access system. No matter the document is in pending, returned or rejected status, the document access system can help user directly track the document's approval status and progress.

The message management system is a powerful internal communication system, the system provides the feature of sending message, pictures and other attached files; this system is as powerful as the OA system.

Instant Messaging
Users directly send messages, receive messages and reply messages through the system; and achieve smooth communication within the enterprise.

Files Transfer
The feature is similar to MSN; the system allows message attached with picture and other files, and the message can be specified urgency level in order to perform the sending priority.

Mail
If a senior manager is unable to access ERP system, the document which requires the manager for approval can be sent to him as a message through email, and the manager can view the document content directly when he open his mailbox.

Notification
Users might release online news or notices through this feature, and the announcement can be specified expiration date and attached files.

Document Approval
